At AccMarket.tech, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be granted and the process for requesting them.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted in the following circumstances:
- Invalid Accounts: The account credentials provided do not work at the time of delivery
- Wrong Account Type: The delivered account does not match the listing description
- Duplicate Delivery: You received the same account you previously purchased
- Non-Delivery: You did not receive the account within 24 hours of purchase (for non-auto-delivery items)
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be granted in the following cases:
- Account was working at delivery but was later banned or suspended due to buyer's actions
- Buyer changed the account credentials and lost access
- Buyer shared the account with others
- Refund request made after the dispute window has closed
- Account was used before reporting issues
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind
4. Dispute Window
All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, no refunds or disputes will be entertained. We strongly recommend testing your purchased accounts immediately upon receipt.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Go to your Dashboard → Purchases
- Find the order you want to dispute
- Click on "Report Issue" or "Open Dispute"
- Provide detailed information about the issue
- Include screenshots or proof of the problem
- Submit the dispute for review
6. Review Process
Once a dispute is submitted, our team will review the case within 24-48 hours. During this time, we may:
- Request additional information or evidence from the buyer
- Contact the seller for their response
- Verify the account status independently
- Review transaction history and patterns
7. Refund Methods
Approved refunds will be credited to your AccMarket wallet within 24 hours of approval. We do not process refunds to external payment methods. Wallet balance can be used for future purchases or withdrawn according to our withdrawal policies.
8. Partial Refunds
In some cases, we may offer partial refunds when:
- The account works but has fewer features than advertised
- Some items in a bulk order are invalid while others work
- The issue is partially caused by buyer actions
9. Seller Disputes
Sellers have the right to respond to disputes within 24 hours. If a seller provides evidence that the account was delivered correctly and working, we may deny the refund request. Our decision in all disputes is final.
10. Fraudulent Claims
Users who submit false or fraudulent refund claims will face:
- Immediate account suspension
- Forfeiture of wallet balance
- Permanent ban from the platform
- Possible legal action
11. Replacements
In lieu of a refund, sellers may offer a replacement account. If a suitable replacement is provided and accepted by the buyer, the dispute will be considered resolved. Buyers have the right to reject replacements and insist on a refund if the replacement does not meet expectations.
