Adding Funds to Your Wallet
Learn how to top up your wallet balance
Overview
Your wallet balance is used to purchase accounts on AccMarket. You can add funds using various payment methods to ensure you have enough balance for your purchases.
How to Add Funds
- Navigate to Wallet: Go to Dashboard → Wallet
- Click "Add Funds": You'll find the button at the top of the wallet page
- Enter Amount: Specify how much you want to add to your wallet
- Select Payment Method: Choose from available payment options
- Complete Payment: Follow the payment provider's instructions
- Confirmation: Your balance will update within minutes
Supported Payment Methods
- Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express
- Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT
- Digital Wallets: PayPal, Venmo, Cash App
- UPI: For users in India
- Bank Transfer: Direct bank transfers (may take 1-3 business days)
Minimum & Maximum Amounts
Minimum deposit: $5.00
Maximum deposit: $5,000 per transaction
Processing Time
- Credit/Debit Cards: Instant
- Cryptocurrency: 10-30 minutes (depends on network confirmations)
- Digital Wallets: Instant to 5 minutes
- UPI: Instant
- Bank Transfer: 1-3 business days
Fees
We strive to keep fees as low as possible. Payment processing fees vary by method:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 2.9% + $0.30
- Cryptocurrency: Network fees only
- Digital Wallets: 2.5%
- UPI: Free
- Bank Transfer: Free
Troubleshooting
If your funds haven't appeared after the expected processing time:
- Check your email for a confirmation receipt
- Verify the transaction with your payment provider
- Wait a bit longer (some methods may experience delays)
- Contact our support team with your transaction ID
